Biography :
Denise has 22 years of Real Estate experience in the Baltimore Metropolitan market. Throughout her career, she has worked with a number of buyers, sellers, investors, mortgage companies, and title companies. She is a top producing agent and has won numerous awards throughout her career. Denise uses her knowledge, experience, and expertise in the Real Estate industry to teach others about market trends, valuation, and investing in Real Estate. Her experiences in Real Estate have included working as an Appraiser Trainee, Sales and Marketing Agent, mentor agent, consultant for investor buyers, and presentations at first time homebuyer seminars.
Denise holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She holds a Master of Education degree from Coppin State University in Special Education.
